While we were at Silver Star, we decided to do a little tubing in the evening! It was a cool set-up where you jumped in your tube, a guy hooked you up to a rope pull, you were pulled up the mountain and then it dropped you off at the top. Then they had people at the top that would help group you or spin you or push you to make it even more exciting as you cruised down the mountain! That is the way to tube!!!!!
At the bottom, they had straw to slow you down. Three words of caution....close your mouth!

They have a place like that in Utah. They turned one of the Olympic venues into a tubing place. We went at Christmas. I agree it is the way to tube. I haven't posted my pictures yet but I am on a mission to get caught up so stay tuned for my pics.
